CODE OF EHTICS AND PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES

1. Provide professional recruitment services with honesty, integrity,respect and the highest degree of professionalism.  Consult with clients, candidates, employees and all regulatory authorities with utmost care and excellent level of customer service. 

2. Respect the confidentiality of records in accordance with law and good business practices. 

3. Provide motivation, support and leadership in the adherence to all applicable human rights, employment laws and regulations. We will treat all candidates and employees without prejudice.

4. We provide clients with accurate information on each candidate’s employment qualifications and experience from our in depth interview and qualifying process. We will only present those candidates who have given us authorization to represent their application for employment. 

5. We will supply candidates and employees with complete and accurate information as provided by the client, regarding terms of employment, job descriptions and workplace conditions. 

6. We will negotiate all contract offer employment agreements in fair practice and at a reasonable market rate.

7. We will not directly recruit, encourage or entice a candidate whom we have previously placed to leave the employ of our client, nor will we encourage or coerce an individual to leave any temporary contract or per project assignment before the stated completion date. 

8. We will not restrict the right of a candidate or employee to accept employment of their choice. 

9. We will provide follow up service after a candidate has been successfully hired by one of our clients, to ensure long term successful results.

10. We will provide complementary market rate and career analysis information pertinent to current economical conditions.
