How do I submit my resume?
Send your resume directly to a job in our current openings. Search Careers Here! OR send your resume in a word attachment to careers@focusdirectstaffing.com
 with salary expectations. Please place the title of your preferred position in the subject line (Eg. Subject: SQL Programmer).

Is there a fee to candidates or job seekers?
No, we are commissioned by client corporations to recruit and provide staffing services on their behalf. Please note, we cannot represent your resume to an organization you have already applied to or already presented yourself through another search firm within the most recent 12 month period.

Do you represent contract positions?
Yes, we represent part-time,  contract, project work and permanent positions.

Do you represent bilingual positions?
Yes, we represent French / English positions.

What if I don't see a suitable position?
Our candidate base is derived of referred candidates who may be currently looking or open to leveraging their career in the future. We will contact you once a suitable role comes available.

Is my information and resume confidential?
Yes, our reputation is well known to provide the upmost level of discretion and customer service. Your resume will not be sent to a client unless you have authorized us to do so.

May I refer a friend or co-worker?
Yes, it is always a pleasure to receive a referral from our candidates and clients. 

What can I expect when represented by Focus Direct Staffing?
Once you have sent in your resume you will be contacted by one of our consultants and ask some detailed questions regarding your  key interests, career goals, reason for change as well as other qualifying questions to ensure we are keeping you abreast of relevant opportunities. You will also be sent our Welcome! letter explaining the candidate process and your responsibilities throughout the process.

What happens if I need more help with the Steps to Success Program?
Our goal is to educate and train you so you feel fully prepared for your next job interview. You can arrange an additional appointment to review the skills learned in your initial meeting. We offer this as a complementary service (Free!). Additionally, call into your consultant prior to your interview to refesh your skills and get motivated for your interview.
