We will keep you informed of key opportunities with top employers in the marketplace. You will be asked several in depth questions in order to get to know you & qualify you per our client requirements.

THE CANDIDATE PROCESS:
1. Qualifying Process: You will be asked several key interview questions which will allow us to get to know you & find out what separates you from other professionals in the industry. What qualifies you as one of the top 20%?
2. Resume Presentation: We may ask you to revise your resume. Please make the required changes promptly as we would like to present your profile as soon as possible to our client.
Do not apply directly to the organization we represent as it may create confusion leading to a missed career opportunity. We cannot represent you to an opportunity should you have applied directly or through another agent in the last 12 months.
3. Interview Preparation: We will email interview tips & techniques. We will role play interview question & explain how to place your best foot forward during an interview.
4. Interview Debrief: After each interview, it is important to call us immediately after the interview. The client will be waiting for feedback.
5. Verbal Offer Negotiation: We will negotiate a fair offer between the client and yourself, consulting with you throughout the process to ensure we have a clear understanding of your salary expectations. Please contact your references to ensure they are available.
6. Offer Acceptance: We will accept the verbal offer on your behalf after the negotiation is complete. The formal offer is sent to our office. We review all offer documentation to ensure it complies with Canadian Employment Standards. We will explain all documentation to you & answer any additional questions per the agreement.
7. Resignation Consultation: We will advise the correct technique to resign to ensure you leave your current employer on good terms. Be sure to remove your resume from any job boards.
8. Congratulations! Celebrate your career change.
9. Evaluate our services: Candidate feedback is always appreciated. You will be sent a customer service survey or simply send us an email from the contact us form on our website.
